Delicious Lunch

Hii.....just came back to the office.....(lol..lol...) traffic was bad & with the heat today...I think I need to take 2 biji panadol ayo! yo!!!.... --- people who knows me can surely imagine how horrifiying this can be to me.... lol..lol (never like taking ubat....)

Ooopsss wrong topic (lol... lol...) - suppose to blog about what I had for lunch.

I had the most wonderful lunch ever....my son Amer cooked for me Baked Macaroni....- delicious......(well... it does not look good ...but it tasted marvelous)

Earlier this morning I cooked for him Chinese Fried Rice and kept it in the oven so that he could have it for his lunch. His home alone today ..... since my *idiot maid runaway... (uugghhhhh)
He called me at about 10:00 am this morning and I told him that I might come back to see to his lunch.. meaning I will accompany him for a very short period of time la...since I have to rush back to the office.

So sweet and caring of him to actually bake the macaroni for me coz.. the fried rice I made was just enough for him......and he would have figure it out that I would not have time to stop to pack lunch for myself.....

I'm so proud of him....... and even if the macaroni does not look good (hangus the top part)..... it still tasted really good. Just like the Italian way... THANK YOU AMER and LOVE YOU.

Amer..... really likes to cook.. his ambition is to be a great celebriti Chef in future.....(Wowwww)
and I think he could... he's got the talent and interest.... all he need now is to learn and work hard for it.

Last 2 weeks he cooked "Sup Tulang Ketukkkkk" for both Oni and Tok-Tok. It was very nice.
I have got a video tape while he was actually cooking... maybe I will include it later for all to see.... (I'm very sure his not going to like it and be very angry to me for doing so....but I don't care .... I'm his mother.....hehehe and it's my blog...so I can do whatever I like....)

His roast chicken was not too bad to... plenty of brown mushroom sos on top of it.. with whipped potato.

His going to be 12 years old this October..... I'll give him another year or two....I'm sure he could do many more wonderful dishes..... and thanks to Asian Food Channel (Astro - 703) -definately make things much easier for both Amer and me.... (and others who enjoy cooking and baking....)

His first ever dish was scramble egg - thanks to my nephew Ayi who taught him how to do it. I was about 8 years old ...
Of coz ... the noodle....MM. Who does not know how to cook MM....(daaaaa lol.. lol) everybody does and love MM.

Wonder what is MM????......what else could it be.... MAGGIE MEE la (lol... lol)

Gosh......I have to rush for my appointment now..... (lol ..lol)

This is Mel.... Sweet girl... but naughty at times (coz she likes to disturb JJ) ...ha ha ha.. but still a nice girl..

This is either Mira or Myra... Not sure... there are twins. And till now .... (yooooo so malu) I still dont know who is who.... Both very nice girl.... sweet..shy...but funny sometime....

This is the whole lot of kids in the family - well except for Nina.....and also the unknown guy behind her...

This would have been a complete family photo if just Nina were to look this way and Ibrahim not wondering around smoking..... ha.. ha.. ha... but we do actully manage to take another family photo with both of them together including JJ, Seth, Myra, Mira and Mel. It's probably in Daddy's camera......

This picture of Daddy, Amer and Mummy is my favourite.....Can't actually tell why... just like it so much. Come to think about it... it's kind of funny to see mummy holding Amer's head straight for the shot.... ha ha..ha.

Happy Birthday Mummy

Today 26th. August is mummy's birthday.......

What can I say about my mother in-law ???? eeehhhmmmm so many that I'm not sure where to start........anyway....

It's people like her who can make a moment a little more special.....a day a little bit brighter ..... and life a little lot more easier.......

For Amer (my son)....she has always been there for him....... in fact today she's fetching him from school and look to his lunch and probably accompany him during his tuition class coz I have to attend a meeting in the office....eemmmmm boring..

Mummy is friendly, yes....indeed very friendly..she accept people the way they are without prejudice and that makes people feel comfortable around her...
At her age now, she kept herself busy doing a lot of charity work......especially with the Institute Jantung Negara . She's the Chairman of the IJN Charity Fund Foundation.... (sorry if I got her title wrong...) In fact, she's busy getting sponsor for the IJN Charity Golf which will be held sometime in October, 2008. So, if any of you wish to donate please let me know or you could contact IJN Foundation straight.

Actually, there are many more wonderful things she have done to us which some of them are too personal for me to share it or blog about it.....

So....I decided to write a poem for her instead...(lol....lol... if it's not good it has nothing to do with her..... it's my rusty writting skill)....he he he..

Now I'm really blogging

Ha...ha ha .. lol before I could even blog anything I have already publish the post. Isnt that funny... never knew that I could be so excited to blog. ha..ha...ha..

If you notice, the description looks the same......lol she's my niece, so what do you expect... we think alike.
I'm actually at work now and trying my very best to juggle both work and blogging and the same time....hahahhaha....lol ....lol not a good example at all. Dont blame me....it's my way to release my stressssssssssssssss......

Yesssssssssssss i am very stessfull now... my new indonesian maid ran away with her new boyfriend..... Yuni is her name.... she 23 year old, married with 1 daughter. Perhaps I should post her picture in here as "WANTED DEAD OR ALIVE" haha.ha will try to do this tonite.

After treating her like part of the family (lol..lol) and she did this i'm really pisssss offfffff. Do you know that I have baught her 2 pairs of very nice baju kurung for the coming Hari Raya celebration. ughghghhhhhhhhhh

So......now, i'm seriously thinking to shift house.....perhaps somewhere near to my in-laws. At least they would be able to help me to monitor on certain things. ehmmmmm will let you know when I decide.
